1. Donations

• Non-Refundable: All donations made to Moorthithrayam.org are considered voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.

• Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Event Registrations / Bookings

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of booking.

• Refund Eligibility:

  • If canceled within 48 hours, a full refund will be processed.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an event without prior cancellation will not qualify for a refund.

3. Online Purchases (if applicable)

• Cancellation Period: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• Refunds:

  • Full refunds will be issued if cancellation is made within 24 hours.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.

4. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
